Atty. Eduardo Quintero informs Secretary of Foreign Affairs Carlos P. Romulo through a memorandum that according to the report of Judge Guingona, the territorial possessions of the Sultan of Sulu in North Borneo contains an area of 31,000 square miles, with 300,000 inhabitants and that the British Government can realize 9 million dollars annually from forest products alone.
